Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving them. We roast all coffees to order and dispatch them within 24 hours of roasting. Once your order is packed, the coffee is shipped using the best third-party courier partners available for each location. We send all our orders through surface, Incase your need faster shipping we do have option of air shipping . Most domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 days of the dispatch. Rossette Coffee Lab is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and postal authorities. Delivery of all orders will be to the "Shipping address" of the buyer as per the credit/debit card, unless specified at the time of order. If a package arrives in damaged condition, we request you to refuse the shipment from the carrier and inform Rossette Coffee Lab immediately. Thank you for your cooperation.
