Our Newest washed coffee from Gungegiri Estate is back. For this particular lot we wanted to funk things up . The coffee cherries were fermented twice aerobically post which the cherries were dried on raised beds for a period of 16 days.
This resulted in a vibrant cup which brings a unique bouquet of flavours from sweet spices, with cacao forward notes and a citrus finish. We have roasted this coffee to a medium-dark level to bring out the sweetness and rich body which enhances the creamy mouthfeel and the gives it a lingering finish.
Recommended to be brewed as a French Press, Espresso, Mokapot or a South Indian Filter.
