As India evolves in its coffee produce year by year, producers such as Mr. Patre constantly thrive to produce lots such as this to improve the cup score. This lot is a 96H nitrogen maceration naturals in which coffee cherries with brix of 25.6 were kept in a nitrogen rich environment leading to a bright and acidic cup whilst also adding to the creamy mouthfeel with little to no bitterness. 

We are thrilled to launch our first coffee from this year's harvest from Ratnagiri Estate. This is a special lot which is reminiscent of a fruit basket.

We have profiled this coffee to a light roast level to bring out the citruses such as mosambi, grapefruit complimented by the sweetness of plum, peach. We recommend to brew this coffee on a pour-over, aeropress, french press or the Chemex.
