This lot is a 96H nitrogen maceration naturals in which coffee cherries with brix of 25.6 were kept in a nitrogen rich environment leading to a bright and acidic cup whilst also adding to the creamy mouthfeel with little to no bitterness.

We have profiled this coffee to a light roast level to bring out the citruses such as mosambi, grapefruit complimented by the sweetness of plum, peach. We recommend to brew this coffee on a pour-over, aeropress, french press or the Chemex.
