The clean washed cup leaves room for the barrel to come through, and we roast it medium, where we found the coffee and the cask sit best together. Expect bourbon whiskey, vanilla and brown sugar up front, cherry and raisins in the middle, and a long oak finish, with low acidity, medium sweetness and a medium body.
