Cancellations and Returns:

In case you would like to cancel your order please email us at hello@rossettecoffee.com or WhatsApp us at +919910081191, within two hours of placing your order. In case the order hasn't been packed or shipped and we will try to accommodate your request as best as possible.

Returns and Refunds:

We roast each batch with the utmost care, and each batch of coffee is cupped and undergoes a strict QC before it is packed and shipped. If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with our coffee please reach out to us, mostly we can help you brew a better cup by dialling it in better. In case you are still not happy with our coffee please contact us within one week of receiving your coffee and we will issue you a 100% refund, if there is any issue from the production of packaging side ! Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of the request and can take upto a week to reflect in your account.

Please note:

The refund or return shall be subject to inspection and in case it is not approved, then no refund shall be initiated. At the time of return, preferably, at least 75 % of the weight or volume of the actual product must be returned. Edible products /Equipment should be returned to the address mentioned on the website in case of refund/return. All brewing equipment can only be refunded if only there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our products It should be returned back to our facilities in new and unused condition. Refunds are initiated within 7 days of receiving the products back. The amount of time it takes before the money is credit back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank.

Delayed Deliveries:

At Rossette, we use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are delivered within 5-7 working days. In case the order does not reach you within 14 of the dispatch, we will send you a replacement bag or issue you a full refund for your order. We have very limited control over the package once it is shipped, and hence we’re unable to cancel or refund the order before the mentioned timeline.

*This does not apply to failed/delayed deliveries with exceptions raised due to issues at the receiver’s end (for example: incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.).
