    I was not sure about this one initially, it was really quite different to the Arabica beans I had tried previously. Over the course of a few cups I came to really enjoy it. I like brewing at a low ratio, 1:13, and at that ratio this is intensely syrupy with a touch of umami, tropical fruits and slight smokiness. Gotta say, Rosette is my new favourite roaster.

    Floral and fruity. I get sweet cups with little to bitterness. My first experience with Liberica and it is a great one. Quite similar to Excelsa beans from SICC.
