Our Coffees

Our coffee offerings change throughout the year, depending on what’s in season and what tastes delicious. We buy and roast our coffee beans in small batches to ensure we bring out the best each lot has to offer.

Koji Series

Rossette Coffee Lab introduces the Koji Series, featuring two Koji-processed naturals: a robusta from Kerehaklu Estate and an arabica from Ratnagiri Estate. Koji (Aspergillus oryzae), a fungus traditionally used to ferment rice in Japan, is applied to coffee cherries to create unique flavor nuances. This innovative process unlocks distinctive tastes that go beyond traditional yeast or bacterial fermentations, offering an exceptional coffee experience.

Alcohol Series

Introducing our Alcohol Series, where we highlight exceptional coffees processed with spirits like rum, whisky, or wine, or aged in spirit barrels.
