Ingredients:

  • 2 shots Rossette Christmas coffee blend
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 2-3 tablespoons chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions:

  1. Brew 2 shots of Rossette Christmas blend coffee and pour into your mug.
  2. Heat milk until steaming but not boiling. Add hot milk, chocolate sauce, and peppermint extract to coffee and stir thoroughly to combine.
  3. Top with a heaping mound of whipped cream and enjoy!

Spiced Mex Mocha

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

Instructions:

  • 2 shots Rossette Christmas coffee blend
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a mug, combine the cardamom and brown sugar. Pour in 2 shots of hot Rossette Christmas coffee and stir to dissolve sugar and infuse spices.
  2. Warm milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.

Iced Candy Cane Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots Rossette Christmas coffee blend, freshly brewed hot
  • 1/3 cup cold milk of choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Candy canes for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brew 2 shots of hot Rossette Christmas blend coffee. Pour into a tall glass filled halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add cold milk, chocolate sauce and peppermint extract. Stir rapidly with a spoon to incorporate ingredients.

Mexican Coffee Bundt Cake

This cinnamony coffee cake gets its deep, rich flavor from a soak of cold brewed Rossette Christmas blend. Bursting with spice and sweetness, it's the ultimate Christmas morning treat alongside a hot mug of coffee.

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 1 3/4 cups (210g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 stick (113g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
  • 1 large egg + 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) cold brewed Rossette Christmas blend coffee concentrate

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

  • 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons (57g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Make the cold brew coffee concentrate: Add 1/3 cup coarsely ground Rossette Christmas blend to a clean quart jar. Fill with 3 cups cold filtered water and steep at room temperature for 18-24 hours. Strain through a coffee filter.
  2. Make the cake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger in a medium bowl.
  3. Using a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, egg yolks and coffee concentrate; beat to combine. Add dry ingredients; mix until just incorporated.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  5. Make the cinnamon sugar topping: Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Brush bundt cake all over with melted butter. Roll the cake in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated. Slice and serve with a hot mug of Rossette's Christmas coffee!
