ET hospitality world by Econonic Times Recognizes Rossette Coffee Lab's Rising Specialty Coffee Brand
New Delhi, December 22, 2023: Delhi-based specialty coffee company Rossette Coffee Lab was recently featured in an exclusive article by ET HospitalityWorld. The piece covers Rossette's positive revenue growth and future expansion plans as shared by co-founder and CEO Vansh Anand.
Anand traces his passion for coffee back to college days and credits his experience with Marriott International for honing his hospitality skills. During the pandemic he saw an opportunity to turn this passion into an entrepreneurial venture.
Officially launching in 2021, Rossette Coffee Lab operates as a "coffee lab" focused on learning and training. They introduced India's first coffee experience lab for customers to taste different brewing techniques.
On challenges faced while starting the business, Anand highlighted managing funds, acquiring equipment, licenses and establishing the brand. His analytical approach and organizational skills from previous hotel industry roles helped navigate these complexities.
Despite only being in operation for a little over a year, Rossette has seen a 200% revenue increase, projecting to double again in 2023. Anand attributes this success to the growing demand for quality coffee in India.
To meet diverse customer needs, Rossette balances online and offline presence. The experience center and website drive direct sales, while B2B partnerships with cafes across India expand reach. Products are also sold through aggregators like SomethingsBrewing and SixteenGrams.
Exciting plans lie ahead, with a flagship store set to launch in 2024 and expanded product range. The goal is to make specialty coffee more accessible through a shop-in-shop model while maintaining small-batch roasting.
Rossette Coffee Lab is proud to have been recognized by ET HospitalityWorld for their remarkable growth. As Anand stated in the interview, each cup tells a story of passion, community and bringing quality coffee to India.
Quote from Vansh Anand, Co-Founder: "We are thrilled ET HospitalityWorld featured our journey. This acknowledgment motivates us to continue perfecting the craft of specialty coffee in India."
